This is basically a Heavy Ork Bommerz which has been converted to carry Ork Boyz into battle either to "crash" land on the battlefield or let the boyz drop by parachute or by jump packs.

As for a prospective model Forge World have released Epic scale versions of their Ork Fighter, Ork Fighter-Bommer and an Epic scale Heavy Ork Bomber which could be used as a Tranzport.
Forge World's Epic Heavy Ork Bommer for Aeronautica Imperialis. There are three versions as well, and with interchangeable parts.

Doesn't quite look as I would have envisaged, but still nice.
You could utilise a converted 1/144th scale model kit, using a WWII four or two engined bomber. You could also use the Forgeworld Epic scale Imperial Maurauder (I would go for the Destroyer version) and convert it for Ork use.
