Each submarine is assigned a number of command points, depending on the size of the submarine, the experience of the crew and a random dice throw.

Attack D6-3
Boomer D6-2
Large Boomer D6-2

Command Point Modifiers

Experienced Crew +1
Average Crew no modifier
Raw/Green Crew -1

A submarine must have a minium of one command point.
