How do I insert a photo or video into an e-mail on my iPad?

Most people wanting to e-mail a photo or a video from the iPad will probably start in the Photos app and e-mail from there.

However if you create an e-mail or reply or forward an e-mail in the Mail app then you might be wondering how you insert a photo or video into the e-mail.

You can copy and paste from the Photos app and then paste into an e-mail. There is though a way of inserting a photo or video whilst in the Mail app.

Tap and hold where you want the photo or video, and up will pop the Select options.

Tap Insert Photo or Video and then you will either be able to take a photograph or video; or you can insert a photo or video from your Camera Roll.
