I can't upgrade my iPad to iOS 4.3

If you have been using a beta version of the iPad OS (or maybe another problem) you will find that you can't upgrade the iPad to the new 4.3 iOS.

To overcome this, you will need to manually download the iOS update and restore the iPad either through iTunes or Xcode.
