Acceleration
A submarine will always decelerate by 1" a turn due to friction in the water. Therefore to maintain constant speed, a submarine must accelerate. Each submarine has an acceleration factor which is used to calculate changes in speed. A submarine may decelrate more quickly by reversing its engines, however this does create noise.
A submarine may not exceed its top speed.
